New Improvements to Free Online Bill Pay!
A new Free Online Bill Pay version will be released on May 7, 2008. In this update, Mainstreet Bank has improved your experience in the areas of scheduling rush payments and submitting payment inquiries.
Here are the details:
Rush Payments The three steps to make a payment are Schedule, Review, and Finished. Previously, the Rush it! expedited payment capability was available only on the Review screen. Now when the capability is offered and the payment is eligible, Rush it! appears on the process date popup calendar on the schedule screen. Once a rush payment is scheduled, you will see "Rushed" indicated on the Review and Finished screens.
Payment Inquiries When there is a question regarding a payment, you need an answer quickly and Mainstreet Bank needs up-to-date contact information. Now, the Manage Contact Information section allows you to indicate contact numbers and times of availability.
